I live in Atlana, GA. I'm planning to buy a property in Charleston SC in my name and move it under and LLC later. Which state should I form an LLC in?

LLC needs to be in the state your doing business in.

If your looking for anonymity you want a holding company LLC in
Delaware, Nevada, New Mexico, or Wyoming then that LLC is the owner of the LLC your doing the business in your state with.
