Creative Finance Deals- MI Contracts

Julia Stout
Posted

Hello everyone! My partner and I are about to start contacting homeowners in our area to try to set up a creative finance deal (seller finance, sub-to, hybrid, etc.). This will be our first creative finance deal and we're super excited to get started! One of the only things we're still a little overwhelmed by is the amount of different contracts and legal paperwork required. We want to make sure we're doing everything correctly and protecting ourselves and the seller. Where can we find contracts to use? Are there free templates/options available somewhere? Pace Morby claims he offers free contracts on his website, but I can not find them anywhere. We obviously plan to get professional help along the way (title companies, attorneys, etc.), and I'm sure they have their own contracts to use, but I would also like to have some ourselves in case we ever need them.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
