Is anyone using "Worry Free Waivers"
Hello All!
I was wondering if anyone has used the worry free waiver insurance from Furnished Finder. I can see where it would be attractive for the tenant, but it seems that it could be a hassle for the landlord. Any insight or reviews would be much appreciated.

I can't attest to the Furnished Finder waiver but I've used Waivo directly to purchase damage protection waivers in the past. I personally collect a security deposit and get the damage protection waiver for added protection. Note that I mostly rent B2B (directly to insurance relocation companies and other corporations) but I include the cost of the waiver each month in the rent that I charge. This has helped me in the past when a unit has been damaged and/or small items are misplaced like silverware, pots/pans, etc. As an out of state operator, I like having the added protection of the waivers but using one or the other or both is really up to your comfort level. Personally, I'd be nervous to not get some type of deposit from my guest because I like for them to have "skin in the game"
