Hi, my wife and I are interested in investing in the Pensacola area. We visited recently and loved it. We're planning to move there eventually and rent out our primary in Georgia. While I'm doing my research - I'd like to connect with an agent who can help us better understand the area? I've been looking near the downtown area, I believe that's Escambia County.
