I've heard a lot about Furnished Finder but just curious if there are other places where you find great MTR tenants?

Zillow, Realtor.com, Apartments.com, FurnishedFinder, Zumper. If you advertise slightly below market rent you will attract a wider range of applicants to choose from.

@Jake Forehand Nailed it. I would add the Airbnb/VRBO (30+ day stays) and Facebook in certain areas can be great options as well. The wider net you can cast the better!

We get most of our MTR bookings from Airbnb, Furnished Finder, and directly through relationships with corporations and relocation companies. Different MTR tenant types will come from different booking sources.

Happy to share more!

Got it. Curious on how you started these relationships with those corporations?

Really simple actually. Whenever they reached out to us about one of our properties, I saved their contact info and also introduced myself and my business. Then I'll reach out to them occasionally with properties we have available to see if it meets any of their needs.
