ALE Partner - What I've learned!

Hey all!

There is a ton of buzz about being an ALE Partner. I've helped place roughly 10 claimants internally and brokered a few others. Here's somethings to know;

1. Most claims are in rural areas in my experience

2. It's an ALE rep relationship game that takes months to contact

3. Around 30% of the claims fall through due to financing or claimants decisions

4. It's all about networking with local PMs and having a large basis to pull from.

5. Most claimants are in very tough situations. It's a hospitality gig. You need to be sensitive and empathic when dealing with others who go through trauma.
