Any Realtors managing MTRs via rental arbitrage in TN

Does anyone know, if, as a Realtor, can I do property management (specifically MTRs) through rental arbitrage? In TN, to do property management, I understand that I would need to be with a brokerage that actually does property management in order to manage any property that I personally do not own. But what if I leased the property and turned around and sub-leased it...ie, rental arbitrage.
