Hello - do those that use Furnished Finder or perform 30-90 day rentals typically require their tenants to get renter's insurance? I'm getting some push back from a potential tenant that she's never done that before on air bnb MTR's. However, I know renter's insurance protects her items AND mine if damage is done to my property by the renter. Thoughts?
