MTR Demand in Worcester

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all doing well! My brother and I just finished remodeling the upstairs unit in our first househack. It is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom unit and now we are looking to rent it out. My question is MTR or LTR? We like the idea of increased cash flow with MTR ofcourse but it also comes with additional furnishing and carrying costs. I am looking to see how your experience has been with MTR's in the Worcester area? Also being a 3 bedroom unit is it more likely to rent the whole thing or would room by room be something that would drive more interest?

Thank you for your responses!
