Canadian looking at getting into Travel nursing housing

Hello,

i am new to Bigger pockets and i am currently  investing in multi family housing on the Canadian side. However, I am looking at investing in mid term housing such as renting apartments in Detroit close to the hospitals and renting them out to travel nurses. need advise starting...does anyone have any experience at this? especially Canadians living in Canada but  investing in Detroit...Thanks
