Experience with MTR in San Jose, CA?

I have a SFH in San Jose CA and considering converting it into a MTR. It's 4 minutes from the local hospital so I figure travel nurses or tenens locums may be interested. Who here has a MTR property in San Jose? What's been your experience? Thanks!

In your area I'd consider (depending on the quality and location of your property) corporate rentals, targeting travel physicians and insurance placements. SJ is incredibly expensive so I'm guessing you need quite a lot to cover your expenses and then some so I'd focus on targeting these higher paying clientele rather than the rent-by-room strategy as those renters typically are not paying a premium.
