Building out a support team

Hi all,

We are actively putting in offers on homes in the KCMO area as first time, long distance investors in the area. Its time for us to start looking for great support people. Looking to network with some great handymen, cleaners, contractors in the area. I'm still so amazed at how great of resources I find here in the forums and I'm looking forward to connecting with more fantastic people.

On the flip side, if anyone lives in KC but owns a investment property in the greater Seattle area and wants a local contact feel free to reach out! I owned a personal concierge business and did a lot of airbnb turn overs in the past. If you need someone you can trust to check in on things for you, let me know! I am now acutely aware of how vulnerable you can feel being a out of state investor.

Contractors and handymen are the most difficult people to deal with and weakest link in your chain. I don't care what experiences anyone here have had, they have the least to lose. Vet them correctly and take your time with this.
