Roast My Post

Hey everyone, just posted my first MTR rental up.  To give some back story, I own a condo and have a spare room and live close to multiple hospitals so I'm aiming my main renter to be traveling nurses.  If there is anything you would recommend I add or take away from my add. Thanks in advance!

I have no negative comments, all looks good! I just put one of my houses on FF and am waiting to see what happens.

Only thing to consider is if the pricing is in line with local averages, but I assume that you've done your homework  on that.....

Next move is to buy another and keep doing this.......Good luck!
