Seems like a really good deal

Hello,

I have been following this property and seems like a great deal.  I can't afford it though someone might. I northeast Philadelphia right on suburb line good neighborhoods.  There is a 275 room hotel starting at 3.5 million it is a raddison its on 8 acres has a bar liquor license kitchen 2 huge event spaces gym pool 10 small offices. There all furnished no kitchen rooms. So at 3.5/275/ $12,800 a room. My idea would turn it into mid term rentals instead of a hotel.  A hotels seem like a lot of work and money so if you turned it into a midterm rental i know its still alot of work. Though you save money on franchise fee laundry staff. If someone bought this and knows a good property manager you could make some bank. It wss going to auction starting at 4.75 now dropped it to 3.5 maybe you could get it cheaper. I know there expenses are high alot of eletric water taxes etc.   Now a litte about ne i have never done a deal and this is way out of my park. I was on loopnet i dont know if it is still i got  email about price drop. Good luck make some money
