MTR/STR's Around the Vero Beach and Cocoa Beach FL Areas

I am looking at investing in the Vero Beach or Cocoa Beach area through a combination of MTRs and STRs. I'd like to connect with other investors already doing the same in the area or with previous experience there. I have collected some information on the numbers there in order to understand the market better and make informed decisions on properties there.  I'd love to connect with others in the area, help in any way I can and potentially collaborate.
