Managing my own MTR from afar - how do you check on your home?

Alexandra Garcia
Posted

I am planning to self-manage my MTR as it will be my only rental property and I have time to handle the work-load. However, my biggest concern is in-between renters, how do I check on the house and know I can give back the deposit? I was thinking of working with my cleaning team on that to be my eyes on the ground? Is there a better way to do it? I was hoping to see what others do for their long distance MTR. Any help is much appreciated!
