Finding High End Buyers, Private Equity or 1031 Exchange Buyers at the Jersey Shore
My Wife and I bought a fixer upper duplex a few years ago and we did the renovations on it. The property came out great and is now effectively the only fully renovated and brand new duplex in Point Pleasant, NJ. Let alone the entire Jersey Shore! You just can't build them anymore.
We have 2 AMAZING tenants that are super low maintenance. All utilities are brand new. The area is prime with amazing schools and its located in a popular shore town.
We really want to maximize value that we are offering the market and think we can find that value from a private equity buyer, a 1031 exchange buyer or a large private investor. My question is - What is the best way to connect with these buyers?
