Anyone used Furnished Finder in the Concord Area?

Hello, I just picked up my very first property that I plan on staying in but also wanted to make some income while doing so. 

I’m not sure about Airbnb because I wanted more of a professional client base and was looking into Furnished Finder and wanted to see if any locals had any insight on this? Or even if you’d suggest something like Airbnb.
