Best neighborhoods, duplex, near Boeing

I'm looking to transfer to the Boeing factory in San Antonio early 2024 and want to house hack a 2/3/4plex. Curious what neighborhoods within 1-1/2 hrs range hold the best opportunities for this for me to look into (the closer the better). Any other advice and insight into this would be greatly appreciated. I'm also open to single family homes with ADU/mother in law suites. Thanks

Hi @Scott Huff - Congrats on the accepted position at Boeing San Antonio!  There is a lot of growth there with Fighter programs as well as others at that site. To your question, the area has a lot of multi family opportunities in the area on the south side, but since you are house hacking, I might recommend somewhere a bit further north, where you could get a nice, finished multi family. I have another client I just helped in the aerospace industry get a great deal on a duplex by the airport (about 20 minutes from Boeing San Antonio), so I am familiar with the inventory.
