Recommended Research Sites for Multifamilies?

New here, couldn't really find a concrete/recent answer - so I apologize in advance. But yes, I want to go into multi-families (flexible where market-wise)... I've considered paying for Propstream, but heard mixed things about it.

What's a reliable site/too/software outside of the MLS for getting relatively up-to-date 411?

I'm in Orlando, FL - but I'm pretty much prepping to invest anywhere I can get a deal (I work remotely). Probably won't be until the summer of next year, but I'd like to get my feet wet with researching/breaking down deals on my own. I'm not against realtors, but (like with any salesman), you're never 100% sure if they're giving you all the facts/advice in your best interest, or just trying to push the sell.

So, circling back to my original query, I'd just like to know what research tools are reliable for a new investor like me.
