Looking for a house hack friendly lender
My wife and I are in the market to purchase our very first rental property and we would like to house hack. We would like to purchase a Duplex in the Wichita, KS area, live on one side, and rent the other. Desired price range is $350k-$400k and we would like to work with a lender who has funded a lot of house hack. Where should we start to find them?
