Hi, guys! I'm currently house hacking. We've been in the home 17 months, so we're past the 12 we're obligated to. We know we can't use more than one FHA loan at a time. What is the next move to use the FHA loan again? Do most of you refi into a conventional? Any thoughts would be great!
