Converting First House Hack
Hey All,
I am working on converting my first househack into a single family rental property. For the first year it is going to be an easy transition in terms of tenants as my current roommates are going to stay and pay a fair rental value. So I do not have many concerns/questions on that end of the process. My issue is that I am going to be relocating to SC and my current homeowner insurance company has some specific policies that don't make it seem like they will be the best fit for my landlord policy. Does anyone have a recommendation for a company to go through?
