Getting started in Real Estate

Hi Everyone,

I'm a recent graduate, working my first job, and am looking to start my journey toward financial freedom. Real Estate seems like the best foundation to start on to me and after listening to Bigger Pockets Podcast on my drive home for the last few month, I am finally taking my first step. Right now, I'm considering house hacking in North Jersey area. I'm hoping to get some insights from experienced real estate investors and professionals about what areas in North Jersey would be a good fit for an owner-occupied property, and which ones I should avoid. Would appreciate any tips for a beginner and also happy to connect with anyone and have a chat!!

Thank you in advance for your help!
