Looking for House Hacking Opportunities around Saint Louis, MO

Hey BP!

Been around BP for a couple of years, but I'm finally ready to get my feet wet with real estate investing. 

I'm hoping to house hack around Saint Louis, primarily around the Affton area. I don't live in the area currently, but I'm looking to move back (it's where I'm originally from) in the next 6 months.

Any leads or advice for investing in the Saint Louis area is greatly appreciated!
