Website for 1-4 Unit Multifamily Data

Howdy BiggerPockets Community, I am currently a Senior at Texas A&M and graduating this coming spring. I am trying to practice underwriting for 1-4 unit multifamily properties, particularly duplexes because that would probably be in my price range for my first house hack, and I was wondering what website to use to gather information on the demographics, market trends, comps, etc. I had gotten a first-hand look at costar over the summer with my internship, and was wondering if there was a similar website for smaller unit properties?
