Househackers… What is your biggest piece of advice?

Gooood morning everyone! What is your biggest piece of advice to folks looking to househack from your experience?

My biggest advice to date is to always have a little more reserves than you think you might need, and also that the earlier that you can accept that unpredictable events are going to happen once in a while and things are going to break and it is part of our journey, the better. It is important to remember that as much as we are building towards all of the many positives to buying investment properties, we are also bringing the challenges as well and just have to solve them, learn from them, and systematize them as we progress! :)

What are your experiences? :) Happy Tuesday!
