Hey BP house hackers. This is my first forum post and I have a question for you all.

Has anyone out there successfully obtained a house hack with no money down? If so, how did you do it? If not, do you have any ideas on how it could be done?

@Marcus Bowen in short, it can be done. You could use down payment assistance that could eliminate the down payment.

In reality, I'd recommend waiting & saving some more. Inevitably, things go wrong that require cash. It's a quick way to get yourself in a jam - and when just starting out, my recommendation is be as calculated as possible because getting your first win is crucial!
