Nationwide Data on Appreciation of New Construction vs. Older Construction
Hello All,
I'm curious if there has been official data that compares appreciation of new construction to already built homes. The thought came to me because people pay a premium for new construction but then each year systems get older, so you are really banking on the value of the land.
Thanks!
