Troupble Cancelling Subscription

I need to cancel my subscription. When I click the cancel button on screen, nothing happens. I'm not redirected to another page to confirm cancellation. Please help.

The same thing is happening to me, the cancel button is completely dead on every browser I've tried.  The "retain benefits" button is of course working just fine...

Man this does not give me good vibes at all.
