I hope you can see how we finally have more active listings even though if you are a buyer it doesn't seem like it for April. 

There were 2039 active listings in the 3 county in March 2024 compared to 1726 in Feb 2024 and only 1586 listings in March 2023. 

The number of pending listings has been going up since January which is normal not that we are in the spring buying season. There were 1603 pending listings in March 2024. The market is still very competitive. I just got beat out on a very bad fixer upper house in Citrus Heights that was not even listed on MLS.
