New Bedford Massachusetts - Market Trends

New Bedford Listing Inventory has mostly remained strong throughout the year relative to the previous year with a dip in February. Inventory Sales have bounced back quickly from a slow month of January and have remained regular the last couple of months. Market supply, while low, remains healthier than other markets in Massachusetts and relatively similar to 2023. Sale Price compared to List Price has quickly regulated up to no noticeable difference between what a property is listed for and eventually selling for on average.
