Reporting payments to credit bureaus

Good evening

I have a question for anyone who can help me. I purchased property 11 years ago and the owner financed the loan for me. The owner has an LLC that he uses because it is a business for him to sell property and finance it for individuals. My questions is since it is a business can it be reported to the credit bureaus to shop my ability to pay the loan on time? In most cases the company that loaned you the money will report it to the 3 credit bureaus but this case is different. If it can be reported how do I go about that and should I ask the company to report this or should I take it upon myself to inquire about this through the credit bureaus?

thanks
