Ko I actually wanted it added the credit bureaus to hopefully increase my credit score due to the fact that I did previously file for bankruptcy. I have endured the bankruptcy process and had all intentions to maintain a much higher score but with what Covid 19, inflation, and all the chaos going on all over the world…it has been a difficult challenge to even maintain our lifestyles. I own an appliance repair business and I have reaped the rewards over the years but it has gotten very hard to prosper. I need to replace my 2007 Toyota Tacoma with a newer work truck but I don’t have a credit score that will offer lending to purchase that truck. I have been aggressively trying to hire a helper for the past 3 years with no luck. Sorry I didn’t mean to bore you with my affairs but it is hard to keep that Positive Attitude with little light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks for your response and have a great day!

Good evening

I have a question for anyone who can help me. I purchased property 11 years ago and the owner financed the loan for me. The owner has an LLC that he uses because it is a business for him to sell property and finance it for individuals. My questions is since it is a business can it be reported to the credit bureaus to shop my ability to pay the loan on time? In most cases the company that loaned you the money will report it to the 3 credit bureaus but this case is different. If it can be reported how do I go about that and should I ask the company to report this or should I take it upon myself to inquire about this through the credit bureaus?

thanks
