What are the best neighborhoods to invest in single family homes in Oklahoma City?

Moving to Oklahoma and I am not familiar with the area. I've noticed a significant difference in home prices depending upon where the homes are located even though they are in close proximity to each other.  What are neighborhoods to stay away from and what are the best places to invest in rental single family homes? I am a buy and hold investor - newbie.

Hey @Tom Irtis, what brings you to OKC. Prices are going to be a bit higher on the NW side of the metro near high end areas like Quail Creek and Nichols Hills. South OKC from I-40 to 2-40 is more affordable but less opportunity for appreciation. Suburbs like Edmond, Yukon, Mustang, Midwest City and Moore are favorable as well.
