End of year real estate stats for Sacramento

I just wanted to share the end of year real estate stats for the four county area around Sacramento CA. I am doing this in the hopes that 2024 has many more sales compared to the low number of sales in 2023. 1119 homes sold in dec 2023 compared to 1290 homes selling in dec 2022. There were 1971 Homes for sale in dec 2023 compared to 2612 homes for sale in dec 2022. I would have thought even fewer homes sold in dec 2023 considering how high mortgage rates were in Nov 2023.
