Puerto Vallarta. Can anyone confirm the seasonality of vacation rentals in this city?

Dear community,

I want to confirm with any of you who have vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta, or anywhere in the Pacific Coast of Mexico, the seasonality of the STR market.

I recently came across this chart (from onera-group.com):

As far as my understanding goes, the bars represent the nr. of reviews per month across all the listings on Airbnb within Puerto Vallarta.

I can see that the high season begins in November and ends in May, with the peak season in March-April.

I would really appreciate it if you could confirm if this chart represents the real seasonality in this city.

Thanks in advance to all!
