What an upcoming drop in rates will do for investors in 2024

A general idea of what agents/investors think will happen to the overall Nashville market for investors looking for flips at the start of the new year.

Has been quite a year with many investors holding back until rates drop.

Would this be the time to get into flipping or consider more rental options to generate cash flow?

Of course everyone will think differently but would love to hear everyone's thoughts and opinions
