Price stabilization and market normalizing
This Fall, the Albuquerque market is starting to feel back to "normal" compared to the craziness that the market was during and post-Covid. There is a noticeable slow down as we get further into this season. While we've seen some price appreciation in the past year, the market also seems to be stabilizing. Sellers are still able to get good prices for their properties, but buyers are finding more options without the rapid price increases seen earlier. Who thought the new normal was going to continue?
