Gov. plan to endorse more ADU (basically househacking)
There is this new bill/legislation from WH that WH is trying to endorse more ADU building. For example in the future , FHA loan would include income from future ADU rental to reduce the DTI/mortgage by building/repairing/using ADU aspect so lot more new people could purchase house.
Basically gov. endorses househacking.
I would guess ADU may be the new normal ten years from now. Yes and yes ? :)
