Wondering where Nashville investors/ agents are looking to buy before the end of year

I am also looking for myself for a property to flip before 2024

Iv'e been thinking Old Hickory & Hendersonville are great areas

Mostly anywhere in Middle TN is good. I agree that the smaller towns surrounding the Nashville MSA are great spots for deals. Especially if you can keep it in the first time homebuyer market.
