Emerging markets - appropriate topic here?

I wanted to check and see if this forum is appropriate for real estate investments outside of the Americas. I had an inquiry to seek views and opinions on Cape Town in South Africa. Could someone please just comment if this overall forum is appropriate to have a discussion on areas far away of the Americas or not.
