Thought this graph was extremely interesting. Biggest disparity of the cost of buying vs renting in 50 years. 

Cash buyers are extremely strong right now. Seeing some of the best turnkey deals in Reno NV we've seen in years and people slipping in cash offers that seem crazy, but some are actually getting accepted. 

Curious to hear about other markets and what you guys are seeing.
