What areas of NW Arkansas or Southwest Missouri (besides Springfield & Branson) have strong Commercial sales & leasing?

I’m a Commercial RE Broker with 25 years experience licensed in 2 states & possibly relocating to either of these areas. Looking for a strong Commercial market.
