Georgia Mountains STR

Hi - My name is Arnaud and I'm moving to Atlanta at the end of this year.

I'm also looking to invest in STRs nearby and the mountain region is catching my eye (Sautee Nacoochee, Helen, etc)

Does anyone have any experience in this area?
