Furnished Houses for Rental

Has anyone experience with Furnished Rental Housing (Single Family) for Medium Term (6months -1 Year). I was analyzing data through Mash Visor and number looks promising. I wonder if there is demand for such Rentals and if yes then I would like to understand the potential areas. Again, I am not looking for Airbnb but medium-term rentals from 6month to 1 Year.
