Is there demand for a 3 Bed / 1 Bath Mid-Term Rental?

Hello BP,

I am looking for input on if you all think there is demand for a 3/1 SFR as a Mid-Term Rental in the South Bay of California? Currently, it is leased as a LTR. My concern is that there is only one bathroom and it is on a moderate/heavy traffic road. However, the location is only about a 5-10 minute drive to the beach. It is close to a large shopping center and in between two large hospitals. That may be attractive to traveling nurses; however, the one bathroom makes me think it would be a deterrent to have to share? Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience.
