Hello everyone,

I hope this post finds you well. I am an investor who is interested in the San Antonio real estate market and I was wondering if anyone could provide me with some information on the current state of the market.

Specifically, I am interested in purchasing a multi-family property in the city and would love to hear your thoughts on the most popular neighborhoods for this type of investment. I am open to any suggestions or recommendations that you may have.

In addition, I would appreciate any insights you may have about the San Antonio real estate market as a whole. What are the average property prices like? Are there any particular areas that are experiencing growth or that are expected to grow in the near future? What is the rental market like in the city?

As I am not currently residing in San Antonio (I will within a year), I would appreciate any resources or guidance that you may have for navigating the market remotely. Are there any reputable real estate agents or property management companies that you would recommend?

Thank you in advance for your help and insights. I look forward to hearing from you all.
