Any opinions on buying rentals in Grand Rapids?

Hello. We bought our second but only current rental about a year and a half ago. We would like to buy more, but we are nervous like many people in this kind of market and these interest rates to buy something. Does anyone in Grand rapids have any opinion of how reasonable it is to buy properties right now and rent them out?  Sorry, I know that is vague. We would like most likely a single family home. We prefer to purchase something in a reasonably low-crime neighborhood.
