Good Morning all, I have recently opened up a recovery residence in Denver,Colorado. I have an amazing space that I am leasing however my margins are extremely thin and in order for me to profit  I have to be at 100% occupancy. There is room for negotiations down the line. However as I have been able to get the home full right now I am constantly thinking of ways to promote the business and create new referral sources in order to maintain longevity.I have zero marketing experience.I would love any ideas.

Thank you all so much
